- Only grade or cohort information is used for reporting
- This is a wellbeing screening and cohort insight instrument, not a clinical diagnosis
How to use it
- Open the wellness check-in from your student dashboard
- Choose the Junior or Senior check-in based on the student cohort
- Students answer the short anonymous check-in
- Responses are combined at grade or cohort level for leadership review
